Dr. Eng. Maryono’s primary expertise lies in Environmental Planning and Infrastructure Planning. His research focuses on environmental studies, particularly in the context of waste pollution, waste management, infrastructure management, and energy management. He is also actively involved in works related to Environmental and Social Management Frameworks (Strategic Environmental Assessment/KLHS). His research is broadly directed toward environmental impact modelling, urban and rural waste management, coastal pollution control, and post-disaster reconstruction planning. His work spans applied areas such as coastal zone management, sustainable transportation systems, and risk analysis of public-private partnership environmental projects.
